Join myself and Nutritionist Consultant Julia Spurr for a calm,peaceful nourishing morning of Wellbeing. Learn about how to support yourself naturally during the years of Menopause into your second spring.
Starting our morning with gentle, slow close to the ground supportive yoga, learning how to nourish yourself from inside & out, & ways to calm the nerves system & relax the mind.
Following this a short break for herbal teas and health snacks. Finishing with a talk on all things natural related to menopause to support you through this time of change. Closing with Q& A’s and an informative handout to go home with.

This class will start with a few minutes to allow yourself to relax & release stored tension from your day. While taking a moment to connect with and mindfully slow your breath & thoughts.
We will then begin to mobilise all the joints of the body, gradually adding in cat/cow, forward fold, downward facing dog making are way up to stand in mountain pose. From here we will slowly flow through our Sun Salutations Sequence for 2-4 rounds. Then we will add in some standing poses like tree pose or warrior 1,2,3, for strength and balance, this is your Hatha poses. We will finish lower down on the mat, with some deeply nourishing longer held yin stretches & a little savasana to finish.
All levels welcome, you just need to be able to move with ease from the floor standing.

Today I’m celebrating the strength, resilience and wisdom of women everywhere — especially the incredible midlife women in our Alison’s Yoga & Wellbeing community.
Midlife isn’t about slowing down or becoming less… it’s about stepping into your power, honouring your body, and giving yourself the care and kindness you truly deserve.
Every time you show up on the mat, take a deep breath, stretch, move, or simply pause for yourself — you are choosing your wellbeing. And that is powerful.
To every woman learning to listen to her body, trust herself, and prioritise her health… I see you, I celebrate you, and I’m so grateful to share this journey with you.
