Are the winter blues setting in? Don’t panic! It’s actually more common than you think. A simple way to combat this is exercise! Our classes are currently on hold while we wait for this corona thang to blow over. What home works are you doing in the mean time... is my current go to!

Dinner can be any food that you want it to be.
You do not need to eat certain foods at certain times!
Some evenings I want a real stodgy dish... some evenings I want to pick and lick! There’s no right or wrong... eat what you want when you want.
Listen to your body.

Family time is so important and if there’s anything I’ve learnt from lockdown it’s how fulfilling family is.
Whether Family is your babies, fur babies, adopted or close friends please set time aside to spend together.
Exercise is important, but no where near as important as family 💜

DIVERSITY
The world isn’t one race. Neither should our marketing be one race.
My passion for equality runs deeply and where I can find stock photos to use for the business that are representing minorities I use them. It’s hard though very little companies hold stock photos that are relevant to my business with POC and it’s frustrating. As the business grows I am dedicated to grow my marketing away from stock libraries and investing in custom marketing that is a true representation of the diverse population that attend our classes.
This is me making a public promise to do that, it will take time but it’s in the pipeline.
