🎉 Happy 2-Year Work Anniversary, Jenna! 🎉 Today, we’re celebrating Jenna and 2 amazing years of service at Autism Life Centres! 🤩🤩
If there’s one thing we can say about Jenna, it’s that she is absolutely crazy, completely comical and always ready to get stuck in! 🤪😂 There is never a dull moment when Jenna is around, and her infectious personality and sense of humour bring so much laughter and energy to the people around her.
Jenna is loved by the staff she works alongside and the individuals she supports, and honestly, anyone who gets to know Jenna is bound to love her! 🥰🥰 Her ability to build genuine relationships with people is just one of the many things that makes her so special.
Behind all the laughs and craziness, Jenna brings an exceptional level of knowledge, understanding, strength and determination to her role. She is never afraid of a challenge and consistently gets stuck in, even when situations are difficult. Her resilience and ability to face challenges head-on are truly admirable ☺️☺️

Today, we are celebrating Michelle and an incredible 7 years of service at Autism Life Centres! 🥳
Michelle’s journey at ALC has seen her take on different roles over the years. After spending many years working directly on the shop floor, supporting our friends and making a difference to their days, Michelle has now brought her experience, knowledge and dedication into her role within the office.
We are so grateful for everything Michelle has contributed over the past 7 years and for her continued hard work and commitment to the organisation. Her experience and knowledge are invaluable, and she continues to make a difference, even if much of her work happens away from the spotlight!🥰

🎉 Happy 5-Year Work Anniversary, Karen! Today, we’re incredibly proud to be celebrating Karen and 5 wonderful years of service at Autism Life Centres! 🥳🤩
Karen is such a valued member of our team, and anyone who has had the pleasure of working alongside her will know just how wonderful she is. Her practice is truly exceptional, and she consistently demonstrates the highest levels of care, compassion, dedication and understanding in everything she does🥰
Over the past five years, Karen has made such a positive difference to the lives of the people she supports. Her warm and caring nature shines through every day, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure those around her feel valued, understood and supported. She is an incredible asset to ALC, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our team.

As another university year begins, we’re saying “see you soon” to our brilliant casual Keyworker, Dan, as he heads back to university for his 2nd year of studying Pharmacy! 💊📚

Dan has become such a valued part of Team ALC, and whenever he joins us, he brings a great energy and willingness to get involved. Although he works with us on a casual basis, the impact he has when he’s here is always noticed and appreciated🤩

It’s been fantastic to see Dan continue to develop, grow in confidence and build positive relationships with the individuals we support. We’re so grateful for the time, effort and enthusiasm he brings to ALC whenever he’s with us👏🏻

We’re incredibly proud of you, Dan, and wish you all the very best as you head into your second year. We know you’re going to continue to do brilliantly! 🌟

We’re sending lots of love and best wishes to our wonderful casual Keyworker, Bo, as she continues her exciting journey studying Midwifery and heading into her placement! 👶🩺🎓
Bo has become such a familiar and valued face here at ALC, joining us regularly each year and always arriving with a warm welcome, a big smile and a lovely positive energy. 💛
Every time Bo is with us, she brings so much kindness and enthusiasm to the team. She has built some lovely relationships with the individuals we support and is always a pleasure to have around ALC.
We’re so proud of Bo and everything she is working towards. Midwifery is such an exciting journey, and we can’t wait to see all that she achieves along the way! 🌟
Although we’ll miss seeing that smile around ALC, we know she’ll be kept very busy with university and placement — and we’ll be looking forward to welcoming her back whenever she gets the chance! 🥰

It’s time for us to say a big see you soon to our wonderful casual Keyworker, Sam, as he heads back to university to begin his 3rd year studying Physiotherapy! 🎓🦵✨

Although Sam is a casual member of our team, he has become a regular and much-loved face at ALC, and every time he returns each year, he makes such a positive impact on both the team and the individuals we support🌟👏🏻

It has been especially lovely recently seeing Sam up at TBGC,watching his confidence grow and seeing him continue to develop in his role. His willingness to get involved, learn and build relationships has been so appreciated.

Sam, thank you for all your hard work, enthusiasm and everything you bring to Team ALC. We’re incredibly proud of how far you’ve come and excited to see what your next year of university brings! 💪

💙 Good Luck & See You Soon, Millie!💙

After being such a valued part of the Autism Life Centres family for so long, it’s time for our wonderful casual Keyworker, Millie, to head back to university and continue her studies towards her Law degree! 📚✨

Although we’re saying ‘see you soon’ for now, we really don’t want to call it goodbye! We know we’ll be lucky enough to have Millie back with us during her university breaks, and we’re already looking forward to seeing her again! 🥰

Millie, we can’t thank you enough for all the hard work, care and dedication you’ve given to our individuals over the years. The amazing relationships you’ve built and the trust you’ve developed with those you support are so incredibly appreciated 🥰

From supporting throughout the week to our No Limits Saturday Club, you have always gone above and beyond, and your contribution to ALC has never gone unnoticed 😘
