I've got a client that has been training with me since February this year ready for her wedding in September. As a relative beginner she initially started with a few 1:1 sessions to get her up to speed and understand what worked best for her and for the past 3 months has been attending our mainstream group classes at Hoops Fitness. She went for her last dress fitting last week, she's got to have 8 inches taken off the bodice!!! What a result. Hard work pays off, and she does work hard!! Got a few more brides to be as work in progress, watch this space!
