Tonight! Using the Pilates Barrels - we’ll be releasing and connecting our arms to our body!

I haven’t met anyone yet (and I’ve treated thousands) who have their arms ‘fascially’ connected to their body !!

This means all the force flows down their arms and into their necks - no wonder we are all so tight there 🤦🏼‍♂️

Once connected, force flows down onto the body, and our arms and necks let go of tension - it’s such a relief to take the strain away from our necks!

It’s so liberating - you’ll feel like you have wings !!!
