𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐝 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬 🗞️

After four fantastic seasons in yellow, Rebecca McMullin departs Torquay United Women.

Since arriving at the club, Rebecca has played a huge role in one of the most successful periods in the team’s history. Across four memorable campaigns, she helped the Gulls secure two promotions to reach the FA Women’s National League, lifted two County Cups, and showed incredible character during a difficult relegation battle.

A committed and influential presence both on and off the pitch, Rebecca’s passion, determination and professionalism have made her a hugely respected figure within the squad and among the Yellow Army.

Reflecting on her time at Plainmoor, Rebecca said:

“Thank you to all who have been a part of my journey at Torquay, the players, coaches and our amazing supporters. It’s been a roller coaster through the seasons, with some of my most memorable footballing moments which I will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you so much for having me, it has been a pleasure.”

Everyone at Torquay United FC would like to thank Rebecca for her outstanding contribution to the club and wish her every success for the future.

Retained List Confirmed ✍️

Following our title-winning season and promotion to the FA Women’s National League, we’re pleased to confirm our retained list for 26/27.

We’d also like to thank Georgie Knott and Isabel Hillier-Nickels for everything they gave the club this season and wish them all the very best for the future as they both head to the America to continue their playing careers. 🇺🇸

Discussions remain ongoing with Evelyn Bray, while Matilda Franchi, Jessica Geach and Ellie Mitchell have all been offered another season with the Gulls.
