Well what do we have here?……

I have to take my hat off to Lewis, he came to me after being recommended by a previous client, on the beers, unhappy with how he looked and concerned about his health in general.

But boy did he show up! He took everything I said and showed him and went all in and gave me everything he had (even with a cheeky stag do thrown in for good measure).

And as you can see peeled back the fat to reveal sensational results in just 12 weeks 👀

So so proud of you mate, have good week off and see you for the next phase 🐷 🍲 💪🏻

XMAS CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🎄

If you know me you know I love to highlight my clients progress, especially at Xmas.

This year we have Michael. Michael came to me after getting to comfy in an office setting, not as active, slowing down after having a youth full of football.

It was nearing the end of October, little time till Xmas and he didn’t believe we could make a difference. I said you can with me 🙋🏻‍♂️

In just 8 weeks I give you the new and improved, happier, Michael! He absolutely worked his butt off!

We’ve dropped excess body fat, got him fitter, stronger and happier in his body! Ready for the next phase starting in January!

All it takes is the right coach with the right plan and you can achieve this and more too!

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

How about a little festive cheer for my client ?

I’ve been working with Chris for a little under a year and he has been the perfect client!

He’s asked every question possible, listened, learned and put into practice everything I’ve asked of him!
Because of this he’s managed to lose a total of 39kg (or just over 6 stone for us common folk).

No fad diets, no bu****it military classes, no huge amounts of cardio, just clear cut instruction, discipline and the will to get up and get on with it!

Massive well done ! Enjoy Australia, onto next year, new goals, new achievements and more laughs along the way!

After 8 months of hard work I completed my level one transition course into management for !

As someone that doesn’t really do well academically, I challenged myself to further my career and put me in good stead for promotion in the future!

Today I achieved what I’d worked so hard for!

Big thanks to my AGM frazer and GM/CM Simon for all the help in getting me there and always giving me the “it’s for your development” treatment 😂

Here’s to a long and bright future with !
Wouldn’t want to work anywhere else!
