40 years old.
Primary school teacher.
Mum of two girls.
And today she pulled a 4 TON motorhome in a harness. 💥
This kind of approach to life is exactly why she’ll stay strong, capable and healthy long into later life.
This is why strength training matters.
Not just for aesthetics… but for:
✔️ Bone density
✔️ Hormonal health
✔️ Confidence
✔️ Longevity
✔️ Better menopause outcomes
✔️ Energy for life outside the gym
Women are capable of far more than they’ve been told.
Heavy training doesn’t make women “bulky.”
It builds resilient bodies, sharper minds, and real confidence that carries into everyday life.
Seeing her dig in and refuse to stop when that motorhome got heavy was quality to watch. No drama, no excuses — just effort and determination. ❤️ Look out for her practising the inertia while we stop and start which makes her stronger at the initial first pull.
And this isn’t about pulling vehicles specifically.
It’s about finding out what you’re physically and mentally capable of when you actually train with purpose.
If you’re a man or woman who wants to get stronger, healthier, more capable and more confident — and train for real life, not just mirrors — message me.
I want to help more people experience this kind of training and what it does for you both inside and outside the gym.

Most people never find out what they’re truly capable of… because they never step far enough outside their comfort zone.

This isn’t a professional strongwoman.

This is a 40 year old mum and primary school teacher… pulling a CAR.

Not for attention. Not for ego.
But to better herself, stay young and to help me prove a point:

Your limits are usually self imposed.

Strength training isn’t just about looking fit. It’s about building the kind of strength that carries over into real life — confidence, resilience and the ability to do things you once thought were impossible.

She didn’t start here — No one does.

But with consistency, proper training and the willingness to try something uncomfortable… This is what happens. In the 2nd video you can see her practising the inertia. Getting the vehicle to roll takes an incredible amount of effort and strength.

And we’re not done yet — bigger vehicles are coming.

If you’ve been sitting on the fence, unsure whether you’re “strong enough” to push yourself… take this as your sign.
Start small. Stay consistent.

You might just surprise yourself.

Are you afraid of Deadlifts?

They are not complicated, they are not unsafe.

They are a priceless tool for staying young.

Deadlifts aren’t just an exercise — they’re a life skill. Picking weight up off the floor safely is something you’ll do forever

Deadlifting challenges your whole body and your mindset. It teaches you how to stay tight, stay focused, and push through when things feel heavy — physically and mentally.

That’s why they matter.

In life and in the gym most people stay where it’s comfortable — same weights, same routines, same results.

Strength doesn’t live there.

You will light up inside and grin in the moment you realise you’re stronger than you thought.

That’s the shift.

If you’ve been circling it, thinking about it… take that as your sign.

Let’s get to work. 🚀

NOW is the time for you to try lifting heavy for longevity 💪

Comfort zones don’t build strength — stepping outside them does. 💥

Pulling and pushing extremely heavy sleds is a great way for you to try something new.

Growth happens when you challenge yourself, push past excuses and do the hard things even when they feel uncomfortable.

Strength isn’t just about the weight you move — it’s about the mindset you build.

If you’ve been thinking about starting, joining a team or trying something new… this is your sign. Stop waiting for the “right time” and start where you are.

You are capable of more than you think.
Come and train with us. Let’s get stronger together. 🚀🔥

This is how we did easter (a week early) and consider our lifestyle to be balanced while caring about our health and still having fun times. With a teenage type 1 diabetic & British Olympic lifting champion.

We don’t accept ANY eating treats from anyone else to avoid the madness of kids eating 30,000 calories of refined chemicals in one day.

We walked 2 miles to a shop that sells not terrible quality chocolate eggs (actually pretty good compared to what is widely available.

Chose the best egg no matter how big or expensive (me and Lucy shared as we just can’t keep up these days 😅) then ate the whole thing on the 2 mile walk home.

The walk controls the blood sugar spike by putting the sugars to use while offsetting the extra calories for anyone who is desperately conscious of excess (we are not)

A step further would always be to bind the carbs with some fats to keep blood sugar in check but for us with a good percentage of muscle mass and low percentage of body fat, the walk is enough.

The quality, personalised dosing and potency of your supplements is incredibly important if you actually want them to work.

Just taking a generic dose not related to your body type and size but expecting to feel better is hopeful at best.

Some supplements you really just don’t even need but then some clash, cancel out and even interact causing negative effects.

Send me a DM for a breakdown and some very simple steps to improve your chances, stop wasting time & money and potentially even causing harm.
