Collection is at our Health Club Reception which is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. A brief induction is given if you’ve never used them before. The boards are only available to use at Meadfoot Beach, which is directly opposite the hotel. If you would like more information please call our Health Club directly on 01803 209652.

Enjoy a lively game of tennis on our huge sea view court. For just £5.00 you get the court for a full hour with equipment included. Available from 7:30am - 9:00pm every day of the week. 🥎

Look at this fantastic ariel shot of The Osborne Hotel and Meadfoot Beach! 🌴🐬🐚✨

Meadfoot is a small and peaceful shingle beach directly opposite our hotel. It has beach facilities such as a café, disabled visitors' facilities, beach huts, deckchair/pedallo hire, and a slipway. This area is perfect for a shoreline dip or a more energetic swim along the rugged coastline for keen wild swimmers. You can now also hire paddleboards from our Hesketh Health Club. The kit comes with everything you need for a fun filled day on the water. From the beach you can take in the majestic and uninhabited island, Thatcher's Rock, with the breathtaking coastal headland of Berry Head and Brixham in the distance.

There’s a historical link to the area too as Charles Darwin, author of ‘On the Origin of the Species’ stayed here at The Osborne in 1861 with the spectacular sea views as an inspirational backdrop.
