IT'S ME ! EMILY!!

This Saturdays bootcamp at 08.30 is my first class back after having baby no2 and let me tell you, I am 10/10 excited. I've already planned our first 8 sessions of Boot Camp and can't wait to share some fun and effective movement with you all. No NY resolution bleugh from me here, just good old exercise to help you get those bodies moving if you're game. All abilities welcome π

I'm also buzzing to share a brand new class with you at Gro, on Wednesdays* and Fridays at 11am: BALANCE & BARRE, its a perfect blend of fundamental Barre Ballet movements with core strength, stability and flexibility for full body conditioning. A great low impact class that'll compliment the other offerings at Gro like a dream and before you freak out, it's a fitness focused class so there won't be tutus (but obviously yolo, wear what you want!) . Book via the mindbody app and feel free to drop me any questions π

We'll take ourselves off to find some fresh air and shade for Diverse Stretch tonight at 8pm.if you've never been before, download the diverse fitness app and book your first one for free!! If you've been before, come again! It'll be a nice wind down to your day and hopefully help get a chilled night's sleep (not actually cold, I'm not a miracle worker) turn up at a few mins to 8 and we will take a lil stroll together to find a nice spot!

Follow up with a chilled drink and vegan treats on the green (socially distanced, of course!) and maybe dip your toes in the sea at meadfoot too!!

I am so beyond thrilled to be launching FIT, a brand new class at Monday 7th June at 7am (yes, morning, so your workout is done before the day gets too sizzling!). To help give me a super warm welcome this first class is free! Book your spot via instabook (link on flow page bio!) I'd love to see as many of you as possible. π

This 45 minute class focuses on building fitness and strength for your whole body. Every class will be different, this first week we'll focus on lower body strength and cardiovascular fitness. π
The best bit is that anyone can join in. Whatever your experience or current fitness level. Bring a water bottle and a smile and I'll make sure you start the week off feeling amazing!
