Fancy something different? We are looking to run some Taster Sessions for Adults. Most likely on a Wednesday evening. Absolutely no experience required, just an attitude to have a go is all that is needed. The sessions will teach you how to be safe in water, keep others safe in water, and learn skills to save lives. The session will be relaxed and fun. If interested please send a message to [email protected], or drop a note below.

Saffron and her dad Colin have taken on new challenges as they represent Mundesley Surf Lifesaving Club at the Surf Life Saving GB Super 6 Surf Series in Wales. They faced tough conditions, and tough competiton against the UKs best Surf lifesavers.
Saffron's next endeavours will see her travelling back to North Norfolk tomorrow to particiapte in first of our local interclub race series before she heads to Newquay on June 27th for the World Ocean Series. Well done Saffron ππ€π©΅ Mundesley Surf Lifesaving Club Surf Life Saving GB Brighton Surf Life Saving Club

The Wednesday night Nippers had so much fun tonight, learning how do dive through waves and body surf. None of what we do is possible with our amazing team of enthusiastic volunteers.
Small groups of participants and lots of coaches and water safety volunteers means we can teach children hands on how to deal with waves and currents, whilst everyone one is having a massive amount of fun. Lots of smiles all round βΊοΈ
We are so blessed that Wavestation are providing hot chocolate and snacks for us all at the end of a busy session πππ€π©΅

What a difference a week made. Last weeks low tide sessions were so much fun. Lots of sand, and a bit of sunshine too. Looking forward to this week's training sessions, kicking off tonight with seniors.
The water is still very cold despite the warm weather, and over the BH in the UK, lives have been lost through recreational bathing.
Our aim is to create community who understands the the water, is aware of their own ability and has the knowledge and confidence to spot hazards and educate others.
The best advice is to swim between the flags on a lifeguarded beach. π©΅π€π
