Do I beast you, answer to that is NO! I will push you if you want me to, but you go at your own pace and as long as you give yourself 100% and leave knowing you wasn't a wet wipe, then it's all down to you..

WHAT IS A CALORIE DEFICIT
For starters: Calories are simply a unit of Energy.
Exercise only burns a small % of the total number of calories that we burn in a day
BMR: Basal Metabolic Rate. This is where most of your calories go. Just to keep you alive, your body spends a ton of energy on things like breathing, heart beating, cellular repair etc. Basically everything. Even while you’re asleep.
NEAT: Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. Basically any physical activity that isn’t being done as “exercise”. So walking around, cleaning, typing on your phone. You spend a lot of energy on this stuff too.
TEF: Thermic Effect of Food (or Feeding) This involves all of the processes that are used to get food from your mouth and into your cells. Different foods require more energy to process and store. Whole, unprocessed foods and protein take up more energy to complete the process (That’s one of the extra reasons they are good for losing weight)
EAT: Exercise activity thermogenesis. This is where your exercise comes in. Obviously the more you exercise the more you’ll burn. Just be careful not to overdo it if you’re trying to lose weight. It’s great to burn a lot of calories and really push yourself in a workout but remember that exercising for too long can make you way more hungry. Many people fall into the trap of looking at their calorie tracker and seeing that they burned 1000 calories and think they can eat them back. Don’t - you probably didn’t burn as much as you think.
