You would die for your children- but would you get healthy for them?

I aim to allow little lady to grow up seeing health, fitness, and STRONG women being the norm ❤️

I am so incredibly lucky that I have the opportunity to make this her norm, by having the female gym, by having incredible clients that act as fitness nannies & aunties to her 💕 and by making it part of our everyday lives 🩷
