Meet Sarah 👋🏻

Sarah has been with us for 10 weeks and has been absolutely smashing it! 💪🏼

Training 3x a week and pushing herself every session, she’s already noticed improvements in her overall strength and how she feels!

Last week saw some of our clients & coaches travel over to Cardiff to take on another event! For some it was their first event, while others were going to chase a PB 😃
