Maybe you'd like to move a little more, feel stronger and more flexible, or simply have an hour in your week that's just for you.
My weekly yoga classes are friendly, relaxed and welcoming. �You don't need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience to join us.

🌿 MONDAY | All Levels�⏰ 6:05pm�A balanced class combining movement, strength, mobility, stretching and relaxation. Options are always given so you can work at a level that feels right for you.

🌿 WEDNESDAY – Gentle Yoga | Suitable for All�⏰ 5:45pm�A slower, gentler class for anyone wanting to move their body without rushing. Perfect if you're looking for gentle movement, relaxation and a little more calm mid-week.

🌿 THURSDAY | All Levels�⏰ 6:25pm�Move, stretch, strengthen and breathe. A welcoming all-levels class with plenty of options, finishing with time to slow down and relax.

Pausing isn't difficult when this is your view.

I'm taking my break very seriously.

Doing less is my goal for the next couple of days.

I've averaged 12 000 steps each day until now exploring Belgrade. More photos to follow but for more enjoy my view 😂

We are back! May classes are a bit discombulated from Bank Holidays & Voting but this and next week is a nice full week of classes, and perfect time to make a little breathing room for yourself.

Our Wednesday Gentle Yoga Class is moving!

After nearly 7 years of being at Calmore Community Centre we have decided to take up space at the West Totton Community Centre.

We start there on 1st April!
