That's a wrap P.U.M.A. Day 26! You were awesome!
So pleased to have so many of our students there! An honour for Mr and Mrs Swain to teach 2 seminars. And better still we had Mr Bailey leading a Jang B**g seminar too!
Great to catch up with other instructors and students from across England and Wales. Passing on knowledge and supporting a community of students who are keen to learn even more! 👊

The countdown is almost over! 🎉 P.U.M.A. Day is TOMORROW, so here’s a quick reminder of everything you need to bring with you for a fantastic day of training, fun and activities!

🎒 THINGS TO BRING

🥋 Your P.U.M.A. Dobok and Belt
Make sure it’s clean, complete and ready for a full day of training! Some Seminar Instructors may allow you to wear a P.U.M.A. T-shirt.

🥊 P.U.M.A.-approved Safety Equipment
Don’t forget your sparring equipment — you may need it for some of the seminars!

🥪 Lunch & Plenty of Drinks
It’s going to be a busy day, so make sure you’ve got enough food and water to keep you fuelled! 💪

☕ The Café will also be open!
There will be refreshments available to purchase throughout the day.

You never know what you might want to get involved with! 👀
