☀️It’s another hot day today! Classes will be on as normal but will be adapted and run at a slower pace.

Please ensure that you:

💧 Bring plenty of water
⏰ Take frequent drinks breaks
👕 Wear a T-Shirt to train in (shorts are also ok for today)

☀️HOT WEATHER UPDATE ☀️

With the temperatures rising, we wanted to let everyone know that all Jado Kuin Do classes will continue as normal.

To help everyone stay comfortable, students are welcome to train in their Jado T-shirt or a plain black T-shirt.

Classes will still cover everything you need to progress, but we'll be working at a slightly slower pace to ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable in the heat. There will also be plenty of water breaks throughout the session, so please remember to bring a drink with you.

Train smart, stay hydrated, and we'll see you in class! 👊💧
