On behalf of a client, we’re officially looking for a unicorn. 🦄

And yes… I realise that’s exactly what this sounds like.

We are seeking:

• Grey mare
• 16hh minimum
• Age not a major issue (no youngsters or projects)
• Established and confident under saddle
• Sensible, kind and suitable for a novice
• No significant vices

Discipline is not important — this isn’t for a specific competition job. This is about finding the right temperament, maturity and rideability.

There is a realistic and decent budget for the right horse.

At Big 10, we’ve always been about matching the right horse to the right home — not rushing, not compromising, and not settling.

BIG10 needs a strong, experienced pair of hands.

✅ Fencing repairs.
✅ Posts & rails.
✅ Heavy lifting.
✅ General land tidy-up.
✅ Possible tip run (vehicle + trailer provided).

Confident with tools is essential.
Outdoor work.

Half day to start — maybe more.

Cowboy hat optional. Competence essential. 🤠

A perfect happy hacker, fun pony that will turn a barrel or play some low grade polocrosse
Great for kids as well as adults and has been used to teach complete beginners
A typical polo pony, sharp and forward but impeccable manners.
Mecha is an absolute poppet. Trusting and sweet. Easy to catch, load, shoe everything
Lives out 24/7
Not bossy or stroppy
