🐯 Your 2024 MK Softball League Champions! 🐯

Last Friday, on a gloriously sunny evening, the Towcester Tigers took the championship title 16-8 against the Base Cadets.

With almost 100 players and spectators present, everyone enjoyed an evening of ice cream, cocktails, kids activities, music, mascot races, sing-a-longs, T-shirt ‘cannons’ and questionable commentary!

Full write up and photos from our photographers to follow soon (please bare with us as it’s been a busy few days due to the NSL National Championships this weekend) - We also didn’t get pictures of all the signs to be able to judge the competition so could we ask all those who made one to send a photo of it in before Friday 🙏

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us to make the evening a super special one, and in particular to all the committee and additional volunteers who put in many hours of work to make the final our most spectacular yet! 💎

A few more useful bits of info ahead of the big game…

🛴 Parking is likely to be busy so please lift share or take public transport where possible, and for those parking please do so sensibly on the grass so we can fit as many on there as possible.
⏰ Ceremonial fun will begin at 6pm, with the game starting at 6.15 sharp to make the most of the light, so get down in plenty of time!
🪑 Bring a camping chair or picnic blanket.
🪧 Bring a sign and be in with a chance of winning a prize!
💰 Bring your wallet so you can enjoy delicious ice cream or a beverage from
🍺 For those wanting to continue celebrating after the game we have an area booked at the The Kensington in Great Holm.
