We're a huge advocate for supporting East Lothian's youth & look to support both current & future generations through Muay Thai (Thai boxing) which can lead to positive outcomes for people of all ages who wish to join our academy. Here's a little about our head coach Scott who first stepped in to the world of coaching around 9 years ago now. After many years of developing his own craft while training at many gyms around the country as well as spending time in Thailand - the home of Muay Thai, his dream was to build one of the most successful Thai boxing gyms in Scotland. Over the years that followed we've managed to successfully achieve this with numerous top 10 ranked fighters, as well as Scottish, British & World Champions in Muay Thai & K1 respectively. Black Diamond has taken members over the years with zero experience to a highly skilled level Nak Muay, while competing both domestically & internationally. We encourage people from all types of background to attend our academy & join our family where our sessions are taught in a friendly & relaxed atmosphere.
