Becoming the best version of yourself as a mum doesn’t look like the perfectly organised routine you see online.
It doesn’t mean training six days a week, preparing every meal from scratch, drinking three litres of water and getting eight hours of uninterrupted sleep… because let’s be honest, most mums are just trying to remember which child needs what, where everyone needs to be and whether they’ve actually eaten lunch themselves.
Some weeks you’ll feel organised and motivated. Other weeks you’ll be juggling school runs, work, appointments, clubs, a messy house and children who suddenly need something five minutes before you leave.
That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
You don’t need to follow your plan perfectly to make progress. You need something realistic enough to continue when life gets busy.
That might mean completing three workouts instead of five.
It might mean choosing a quick, balanced dinner instead of preparing the “perfect” meal.
It might mean moving your workout to another day, training for 20 minutes instead of an hour or resting because your body genuinely needs it.
Progress isn’t only weight loss or a smaller dress size either.
It can be feeling stronger, having more energy, sleeping better, lifting heavier, improving your relationship with food or finally doing something for yourself without feeling guilty.
You’re allowed to have goals alongside being a mum.
Looking after yourself doesn’t mean you’re taking something away from your family. When you feel stronger, healthier and more confident, that benefits everyone around you too.
My 12-week coaching programme is designed for women who want results but also have jobs, children, responsibilities and busy lives. You’ll receive a plan that works around you, support with training and nutrition, regular accountability and help adapting when life doesn’t go to plan.
You don’t need another extreme challenge.
You need support, structure and a plan you can actually stick to.
