Beautiful Inside & Out - SCIO 💖💛 Sparkle Ball — what a night! 🤩🥹🥰✨

Thank you so much, Pauline, and to all your amazing team for putting on a totally fabulous evening for everyone. We really did have a ball! ✨

I always find it so hard to find the right words after evenings like this. Hearing from everyone last night was incredibly difficult and emotional, but also so important. Hearing people share their stories and experiences reminds us just how important it is to talk, to listen, and to know that we are not alone. And especially to be kind. ✨

I’m so happy to be able to help raise funds for your incredible charity and, in some small way, support the vital work that you do. ✨

Maybe all those lovely folk who came along to the ball will join us for Boxing Day Fit Dip this year! 😂

Ok, maybe not all of them! 🤣 But surely a few might fancy a wee jaunt to Troon for a beach workout and a dip in the sea?!
💪🏼🌊😂🎶

Thank you for everything last night, and I really hope you get to put your feet up today! You are superwoman!! 🥰

What a night to remember ✨

P.S. Boxing Day Fit Dip Link below - a wee date for your diary! 😘💪🏼🌊

After the ferries got cancelled the last time we attempted this, we finally made it over to Arran yesterday to climb Goat Fell… almost a whole year later to the day!
⛰️🌱😂

No views from the top, but surprisingly no rain either! Great company, lots of laughs, some gorgeous views along the way and some yummy pub grub at the end — my kinda day out! 😎

Thanks so much to everyone who came along yesterday. Hopefully even more of you will be able to join us for our next wee adventure! 🥾⛰️

It was definitely tougher than I remembered, especially towards the top! 😂

A huge thanks to all the mountain goats who encouraged and helped each other along the way — we did it! 💪🏼⛰️

See you all in classes soon to loosen those legs off! 😘

Primary 1 for Louis and Robyn! 😲🥹😍

I can’t quite believe it…

All the very best to all the new starts at school, college, uni and jobs. It really does go SO fast!

Louis has been asking me quite directly over the past few days:

“Mum, will you cry or poo on my first day?” 😂🤣

I said, “Maybe both… but hopefully not at the same time!” 😂

An emotional wee day, still can’t quite believe it!

In other news… my own class timetable is back in full swing too! 🕺🏽

Perfect timing to get your ass to class, especially if you want to get fitter, feel better, move better, improve your mobility & strength, calm your mind — and I promise it helps keep you sane too!

I’d absolutely love to welcome you along. 💛 updated class timetable on the link below! Now is the time!

Summer holidays are almost here! 😲🌤️🌱

Classes will be running as normal throughout the summer, with just a few small changes. I’ll be taking a little break from Thursday 25th June to Thursday 2nd July. 😎

I’d absolutely love to see you in classes over the summer months. One of the best things you can do for yourself is keep a little bit of consistency in your routine. Even if you can only make it along once a week, it can make such a positive difference—not just for your body, but for your mind and overall wellbeing too 💛🌱 Or, if you’ve been thinking about starting a new class, now is a great time to come along! 😊

Class timetable below ⤵️

I’m hoping for some al fresco pop-up sessions over the summer and maybe even enjoy a little post-class dip together while the weather is on our side! ☀️🌊

Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Hello 👋🏼 it’s been a wee while… and I made a reel, which honestly feels like an achievement in itself! 👀😂

Group movement & exercise is my passion. I absolutely love teaching and creating thoughtful flows and sessions designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and support both body and mind ✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I truly believe group classes can have such a powerful, positive impact on your wellbeing — and your life. My hope is that you leave feeling stronger, calmer, uplifted, and empowered long after class ends.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve been working on my timetable to offer a range of classes built around movement I love and truly believe in. I hope there’s something that feels like the right fit for you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And if you’ve been wintering a little (I feel you), maybe this is your sign. A fresh season — time to carve out space for yourself and move your body in ways that feel good 🌷🌿
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’d absolutely love to see you in class soon.

Happy New Year! ✨

We went a wee walk last night and nearly got blown off Ballast Bank! 😂💨💨

Huge thanks to everyone who has been coming to classes with me this past year. I’m so grateful for your time and energy — it honestly means so much to me.

Here’s to good health, happiness, and finding wee moments of joy and laughter in the little things. I’m really looking forward to moving with you all in 2026!

Classes are back in full swing from next week, so there’s nothing else for it — get your ass to class! Quite possibly the best decision you’ll make 😉

Much love,
Kerry
