⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ One last minute space has become available for my retreat at Flear House (nr. Totnes) from 11th-14th October.

I didn’t even advertise this retreat as all of the spaces went to participants from last years retreat before I had chance to advertise for this year. One person has unfortunately had to pull out which means there is now one space available!

This is me, Kym - There are now four opportunities to practice yoga with me a week.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi who loves to balance on your hands, go upside down or even dangle in the air, everyone is welcome in my classes, there are no ‘levels’ or ‘abilities’, just a journey with your body, mind and soul, finding calm, peace and a sprinkle of playfulness ✨ 🧘🏻‍♀️

Westbury Leigh Community Hall is a gorgeous venue and I am very excited to offer the following classes there:

Join me on Monday mornings at 9.30am from 20th May for a beautiful ease in to your week - set yourself up with a gentle, inspiring and positive yoga class.

On Tuesday nights (from 21st May) at 7.30pm we spice it up a little with a more playful vinyasa flow, don’t be scared, we’ll adapt to all levels.

First class is free for everyone!

Spring is springing! Tomorrow we will be honouring (a teeny bit early) the Spring Equinox, it is time to emerge from the dark winter, to reach towards the light.
