01/09/2023

Good advice for any outdoor activities

Before you head out paddling, tell someone your plans. Let them know your route, when you're going, and when you expect to return 🕒 If they know your plans, they can check that you return safely.

Took my daughter out to Lake 86 today and we spent the time challenging each other.... needless to say I couldn't do the one legged tree pose and it was very bright.

Lovely launch point and great coffee

If you are thinking of having a lesson then make sure your instructors are qualified in first aid as well as paddleboard instructing, they have insurance and know what they are talking about.

BSUPA Instructors have all of those things before they are allowed to be registered. Always ask!
