Ilminster came out on top today against Taunton Deane in the county league winning 14-2 over the top of the league team . It will now depend on results on other games if Ilminster reach the semi finals stage .

Also today the family pairs area final took place with the father and son clash at ilminster . George & Jason Miles won 15/14 over Louis & John Ridout .

England's teenage standout Paige Pauling is the first player through to the Last 16 of the Women's Dutch Open.

Pauling, who won the Girls World Masters in this venue in 2022, secured her progress by averaging 82.36 in a 4-0 win over Chantal Niebeek.
