This is my secret to staying motivated... find an exercise that's FUN for you!
How many other exercise classes can you scream, shout, pretend your Beyonce and act like a complete buffoon all whilst working out? I haven't found any others yet (not ones where they don't look at you crazy anyway 😂)
And that's why we LOVE ZUMBA
