Hey everyone.
If your not aware, there is currently a lot of trouble in Iran.
The government has stated assaulting its people as they protest. People have died, and the Internet has been turned off.
A close friend of mine has lost contact for 2 days with her family.
She has no idea if they are safe or not. I will be attending the meet tomorrow to show support for the people of Iran.
If you can help by reposting this, or by making it tomorrow, it will be appreciated.

Want to make sure your getting a good cardiovascular work out?
In most cases if your as sweaty as this you have got a good amount of blood flowing and the heart pumping.
But in order to make it worth it long term it has to be something you can be consistent in and enjoy.
I like hitting the bag.
You may like riding a bike.
Whatever it is you have to be consistent to see results.

Don't normally post pics of my positing.
But here I am.
If thought I would be good to give you guys an idea of what is possible.
At this time I am nowhere near my best recovering from nerve damage still with a period of around a month of gym around Christmas till late January.
I don't eat a strict diet.
I buy take away roughly 1-2 times a month.
I buy triple cheese burgers from MacDonalds every so often.
But I manage it all into my nutrition because I know the science of calories and protein.
Using the knowledge I can eat almost anything I want and still get results.

Getting ready for my yoga class.
Toe touch is a great gentle stretch to not only warm up but as a measurement to guage your overall flexibility.
If you can keep your legs straight and touch your toes, there is space to improve for sure.
Maybe you can then try to get your hands flat to the floor too!
After that you can aim to get your head tucked against your legs.
These simple pointers for this stretch can help relieve tight muscles in your back and reduce pain.

Sorry I've been quiet recently.
Been recovering from my injury still but I'm back in the gym and still coaching.
But for now enjoy a pic of my dessert I ate because I had calories spare this evening. :D
