We have now sold the last Albacore in stock and will start fitting it out shortly.
But sadly, we have stopped taking on repair work for now. We still carry several spares for Albacores, which we will add to our Facebook shop shortly.

We still have New Albacore 8262 for sale at £8750.
But you can see my Albacore now finished ready to go sailing.

A Laser in for TLC and Albacore 8225 waiting to go back to Norfolk, along with Albacore 8190 waiting for her fittings.

Space at premium today, four Albacores in the workshop with storm Eunice on the way tomorrow. Firefly finished and back with owner. Will be back on my boat 8190 at the weekend, hope to have her nearly finished within the next 10 days bar rudder. Can not get rudder stock. Been on order since last August, have now ordered one from another supplier.

New class to the workshop, Baby Albacore (Firefly). In for new buoyancy tank sides, owner already restored the outside and will finish inside once buoyancy tank sides are fitted.

l still have an Albacore hull in stock, sail number 8262.
We can offer 3 options for this hull:-

Option 1
Full fit out with Spars (Selden or Spars), McNamara Sails, Milanes foils and Allen fittings for £10,500

Option 2
Fitted out with Milanes foils and Allen fittings for £8400
(You supply your own spars and sails)

Option 3
Bare hull for you to fit out for £4995

The next batch of boats have gone up in price, just look at the Ovington website to see.

Moved one out this week and another into the workshop. 8253 has joined 6844 and 8230. Poor 8190 is now out in the cold for about ten days.

8230 a little dusty, but ready to go back up-right.
8190 now has 7 coats of two-pack varnish. I think that enough for now as I need to get 8230 varnished next.

Progress has been hard this week on Albacore 8190 & 8230 with a right side strain. In the evenings it been very painful, but I am pleased with what I have completed. Needed to buy some more clamps, so I could glue more bits on the same day.
