The ground didn’t quite play to his strengths last time out, but he still ran a huge race to finish second and add to his impressive record!

After a few days in the field, he’s now back in work and being prepared for his next target.

Very exciting day for the group! Home safe AV!

ARCTIC VOYAGE has been declared to run this Wednesday at Newton Abbot.

In a race that means so much to the yard as it is “The Clearance Handicap Hurdle” named after our legend Clancy. Who is now retired ❤️

Clancy was a 6 time course winner at Newton and it meant a great deal to the yard and his owners that they decided to give him his own race! In which he famously refused to line up in last year! That was when we decided it was time to retire him 🩷

To have another runner in the race means a great deal. Especially with our new boy who has showed huge promise winning his last 2 races in effortless fashion. So we are hoping ‘AV’ can go really well for his owners the Staverton Owners Group.

Arctic Voyage has not been with us long but already looks a fantastic addition to the string, winning his last two races impressively and showing a serious turn of foot.

Mr Zee has been with us since he was 3 years old and has been an absolute legend for the syndicate, winning 8 races and placing countless more over the years.
