Tai Chi in the Park at Dunorlan Park

Another good session and after a week of rain, we have the sun. I know the ground is a bit bumpy, but that's not an obstacles to training, but an opportunity.

I've not done the moving step version of Phoenix Qigong for some time. Of the 3 versions, the moving step version is the most expressive.

Despite some absences, it was a good class. Students are making genuine progress. It is always good when students express a hunger to learn more. It is worth going the extra mile, because of the enthusiasm they show.
