The annual Christmas mince pie and coffee/ hot chocolate post workout.
Great way to end the year.
We will still be running classes throughout the Xmas and New Year period so if you want to come along and sweat some turkey out feel free to join.
Classes will run 20th, 23rd, 30th as normal.
19:15 on a Wednesday and 09:00 on a Saturday.

Core work is a key part of our workouts.
And a key thing to work on especially with so many people being desk based.
It also helps support so many movements in daily life.
Plus helps to combat things like lower back pain.
Meaning you stronger, fitter and have less pain.
We run sessions 19:15 every Wednesday and 09:00 every Saturday.

Often when we think about getting fitter we think about the physical side.
But the benefits are much further reaching.
Post exercise we get the benefits of endorphins (feel good hormones.)
Plus the achievement of doing something positive and completing something for ourselves.
