✨ BEGINNERS REFORMER CLASSES ✨
Are you interested in trying reformer Pilates, but not quite sure where to start? We’re running some Beginners reformer classes in February and March on Wednesdays at 8.30am. These classes will be a gentle, structured introduction to the Reformer, and will guide you through how to use the Reformer, the essential Pilates exercises and the intention behind them. If your goal is to move more freely, feel stronger or simply to make some more time for yourself, then join our small, friendly studio and see the difference Pilates can make for you!

As we step into 2026, we’re opening the studio doors to a whole range of classes designed to help you feel stronger, steadier and more confident in your body - whatever your starting point.
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, returning after a break or looking for something that fits around life, work and family, there’s a space here for you.

✨ New beginner reformer courses
Starting in January and February- a gentle, structured introduction to the reformer, perfect if you’re ready to build strength and mobility with care.
✨Classical Standing Pilates - Tuesdays at 9.30am
New for January, ideal if you prefer not to lie on the floor or use the equipment. Wonderful for balance, leg strength and supporting knees, hips and lower back.
✨Post-natal Pilates -Tuesdays at 11.30am
A fun, supportive class to help you rebuild strength safely after birth.
✨ Mixed Studio Equipment - Tuesdays
A varied, uplifting session using reformers, half Cadillacs, stability chair and more!
✨Reformer for Rehabilitation- Fridays at 12pm
A slower, supportive class for those recovering from injury or managing ongoing pain.

Alongside these, we continue to offer:
* Daily All Abilities reformer
* Intermediate and Intermediate+ reformer
* All Abilities, Strong, Stretch & Flow, Mixed Small Equipment Mat Pilates
* Private sessions (1:1, 2:1) for personalised support

🌿 Beginner’s Reformer Pilates – starting Monday 5th January, 10.30am 🌿

Curious about Reformer Pilates but unsure where to begin? This six‑week Beginner’s Reformer Class is the perfect place to start. This is a supportive introduction for anyone who’s new to Pilates, feels unsure about the equipment, or has always been interested but never taken that first step. We’ll take time to show you how to use the reformer safely, guide you through the essential exercises, and share the Pilates Principles. Each class is designed to help you move with confidence, build strength and develop a deeper understanding of your body.
This course is perfect if you:
* Have never done Pilates before
* Feel a little intimidated by the reformer
* Want to learn the basics properly and safely
* Are looking for a gentle yet effective way to move
No experience needed.

INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT - RACHEL

I love teaching Pilates because it works! The practice itself is great for strength and flexibility and it helps some people to reduce pain and feel stronger with more energy.
Students comment on feeling an inner glow after class, feeling tall and refined, ready for any new challenge! The Pilates method helps with concentration and body awareness and is suitable for all shapes and sizes.

🌿 New in January – Standing Pilates 🌿

We’re delighted to introduce something special to Tunbridge Wells – a standing Pilates class, starting Tuesday 6th January at 9.30am.
Suitable for anyone who wants to increase the flexibility and strength, this class is also perfect if you prefer not to lie on the floor or use a reformer. Taken largely from the classical repertoire, it focuses on balance, mobility, strengthening the legs and back, and creating support for knees, hips and lower back.
Led by our experienced instructor Keziah, you’ll be guided with care and encouragement every step of the way.

INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT- EMMA

I absolutely love meeting new people, and my classes are full of great characters who are a pleasure to teach.
As a Pilates instructor, I’m here to help people find their best posture, balance their muscles as wells as build strength, mobility, and flexibility, all while improving overall health and wellbeing. Quite a tall order! And yes, it can be a little exhausting at times, but so rewarding!
Each week I teach up to 15 classes or private sessions, and no two are ever the same. Every class is planned and adapted to meet the needs of the people in front of me. I use a mix of hands-on guidance, verbal cues and demonstrations to help everyone get the most out of their session. Sometimes it’s the smallest change, a different spring, a tweak in position, a prop, or focused breathwork, that completely transforms the experience (and the results!).
Lately, the Pilates Reformer has been in the spotlight — and rightly so! After the mat, it’s the most popular piece of Pilates equipment. With its sleek pulley system, sliding carriage and adjustable springs, the Reformer offers incredible variety; it’s gentle enough for beginners, challenging for fitness enthusiasts, and supportive for those recovering from injury.
