I hired a new marketing manager to handle my Instagram over half term - the brief was “pilates for mothers”. Tick and tick. That said, I think I may suggest she pursues other career options.

Sick baby this week has not been fun, but the extra long recovery nap time (hooray for infant nurofen!) did at least give me the opportunity to do a strong workout. Felt great to do something for myself for once!
Another fine lesson in expectation vs reality! Builders and babies interrupting today’s work out but I got mostly there.

Managed a grand total of 12 minutes on the mat before the Swizzlers got bored / woke up. But we made it to the mat and that’s the important thing!

The end of another Mum & Baby pilates class, and even the picnic basket is worn out. Fabulous effort by the ladies today and so lovely to welcome some new recruits 🥰 💯💪

Took the kids into the office today for a KIT day - great to be back in the city, and to get paid for essentially a day out with the kids and a lunch with friends!
