Looking forward to the new summer term starting where preparations for our summer show will eagerly start. A little view of our girls in costume from a previous show and a new Swanhilda costume ready and finished.

Success at the T.Wells dance festival. Thankyou to the few who danced this year. You all worked hard in rehearsals and your performances were all delightful.

Thank you girls for representing Southborough School of Dance so beautifully during Sevenoaks Festival and also gaining great results. We look forward to Tunbridge Wells Dance Festival in Feb 2026. Until then we continue to work hard, make progress and have fun.

The girls had such a great time dancing at the Stag theatre on Sunday 23 March and winning a number of medals as well as trophies. Well done to all the dancers who all performed beautifully throughout. The Southborough School of Dance teachers and your parents are so very proud of you all.

A happy student gaining 2 x 4th places for her National and Red Riding hood character. Tough competition with large classes and excellent character ideas for this 12yr old age group from all the dancers. More to come as early days and hope we have some more medals to enjoy. This dancer is a powerhouse, she applies fully to the job in hand and absolutely loves to perform. Well done and good luck to all dancers from all the participating schools. We love having you all at the TWDF in the Assembly Hall.

Almost time to return to our 2025 classes. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year full of wonderful dance experiences, hard work and progress for all.

First term at Kate Simmons and she's loving every moment of her dancing days. Katja sent this photo to show her improvement and as her teacher since she was 4yrs old, I am proud to say she is making excellent progress. As she loves the school and the teachers, I am so pleased that she has happy days every day and all day dancing her heart out.
