We offer modifications to reduce the level of difficulty and extra challenges for those who want it. Hopefully something for all. ✨

Our new term of Pilates classes started this week, but it’s never too late to join in the fun! Tuesdays 9am if you join live. You’ve also got until Mon 10th Jan to block book the remaining 5 classes at a discounted value. Huge well done to everyone who joined us today for the live class or via the recording to kick off the new year with a lovely PILATES class focussing on movement, back, and hip mobility as well as core strengthening!

Our Tuesday class is here for you! We record the 9am live class and have many clients who opt for the recorded link too. With the link you have until Sunday evening to do the class as many times as you like!
If you’ve never tried us, please do. We will offer layered exercises, with modifications where appropriate and if you have any worries or concerns you can always message us prior to booking or the class starting. No matter your level, you are always welcome! 🤗
Pilates is one of the best things for both your mind and body. You lengthen and strengthen your muscles, with no impact. Rebalance your body and ensure you fully mobilise all your joints. Pilates will work on developing your core strength, and is amazing for injury prevention. We always end with relaxation stretches! 🧘🧘♂️🌟🌟🌟
