This wasn’t just about “working out more” or “eating less.”
This was about overcoming enormous challenges—physically, professionally, and personally.
When we started:
⚡ Chronic lumbar & hip issues, ongoing sciatica.
⚡ Heavy UK & international business commitments.

Not every client who walks through our doors is ready — or able — to jump straight into training.
And not every journey should move fast.
This wonderful lady reminds us exactly why bespoke coaching matters.
Due to two major medical conditions, she hadn’t been able to exercise — especially with weights — for nearly a decade. Light activity and gentle stretching were all that was possible. Over time, this led to a weaker frame, muscle loss, and added complexity alongside a heart condition.
