Huge congratulations to Lee, an outstanding achievement.
All the best at the finals!

The World Bowls Tour has re-instated the World Under 25 championship this season and this will take place at West Lothian Indoor Bowling Club on Friday 30th October.

Lee Trotter became the fourth UK qualifier when he won the qualifier at Arbroath on Sunday.

Lee came through a tough field with wins over Layton Sykes, Ryan Turnbull, Jamie Noon, Aaron Miller and then defeating Frazer Lees in the final.

Thanks go to Richie McKie and his team of co-commentators who provided great coverage on the WRONG BIAS - Bowls Podcast platform throughout the weekend.

This was the first time Arbroath had hosted a qualifier in a few years and thanks go to Darren, his staff team and his volunteers for all of their help throughout.

Thanks also to the Umpires, Markers and all who played in the two events over the weekend.

Watch out for the launch information on the new WBT World Under 25 Championships this coming week.

Next weekend sees bumper entry fields for the start of our Ambassador Cruise Line World Singles and World Pairs qualifiers. Abbeyview and Headwell are jointly hosting the singles on the Saturday with Bromley and White Oak doing the same. Abbeyview and Bromley will then host Pairs qualifiers on the Sunday.

The WRONG BIAS - Bowls Podcast team will be with us at Abbeyview showcasing more great qualifying action.
