On Saturday, we welcomed two of our ward councillors, Katie and Alex, to join us behind the scenes both in the Control Room and out on patrol with RFU, Police and LBRuT Enforcement Officers.
We speak regularly to our local councillors in both Richmond and Hounslow and work with them to try to resolve any issues which affect residents on event days.
Both Katie and Alex showed the teams first hand some of the issues which have been raised with them by our neighbours, and we will be meeting again for a debrief with police, residents and the councils to assess how effective some of the interventions have been over the Six Nations and what learnings can be applied for the future.
