Tynemouth CC (TCC), established in 1847, has always been a focus for the local community. We are proud of the links we have built and sustained with our external partners, using cricket and other strategies to deliver specific aspects of health, behaviour modification, prevention of anti- social behaviour and preparing for work programmes. The location of our Club also offers an ideal place for young men and women to gather during times when they are not in school or training. We have a function room which is available to hire to both club members and non club members. We can hold around 100 people and have catering available. And just like that National Cricket Widows Day is THIS Saturday, πŸͺ©πŸ₯‚πŸ

We are pleased to welcome you down to the club from 2pm, with Scott & Wilson bringing their food truck down serving burgers πŸ”

Don't worry if you can't make it for 2pm, we will still be around until late. We have a raffle, bingo, a quiz, maybe a little game 🏏 with some excellent cocktails and drinks choices.

It's a great opportunity to not just raise some money for the club, but also celebrate those who have to listen to reports of the game run by run, catch by catch or wicket by wicket. Please bring your partners, friends, family and enjoy what we hope will be a great day.

🏏 A Huge Well Done to Our U13 Girls! 🏏

A huge well done to our U13 Girls, who travelled to Monton CC on Sunday for the last 8 of the ECB National Knockout.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be on the day, with the girls coming up against a strong Monton side.

The girls should be incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved this season. Reaching the last 8 in the country is a fantastic achievement and a brilliant reflection of all the hard work they’ve put in along the way.

They’ve represented Tynemouth CC brilliantly throughout the competition.

Well done, girls! So much to be proud of! Roll on next year.

🏏 A Fantastic Few Days at Grange CC! 🏏

What a fantastic few days for some of our U12 and U14 players, who travelled to Grange Cricket Club in Edinburgh for a two day cricket festival.

There was some brilliant cricket on display, plenty of laughs, new friendships made, and memories that will last a lifetime. It was a fantastic experience for both the players and the parents, with everyone representing Tynemouth Cricket Club brilliantly.

A huge thank you to everyone at Grange Cricket Club for their outstanding hospitality and for making us feel so welcome throughout the festival. We really appreciate all the hard work that went into organising such a fantastic event.

We’re already looking forward to the next one!🏏
