Not to leave anyone out, we had an amazing team of coaches out from Dysynni supporting all these teams in Nottingham! So massive well done and thanks to: Dafydd Jones John Bennett Pippa Lorna Rollings Ela Pugh Alice Bennett Adrian Bennett - what a team!

Last up in Nottingham were the U17 boys. Owen Angood, Cian Haig and Harry Davies represented the club. Boys had some fantastic results and finished in 5th place after 3 days of hockey. Well done lads!

Next up in Nottingham were the U15 girls. Dysynni had Ella Jones, Aneira Jones (captain), Evie Hodges, Polly Richards and Molly Hodges playing. They won against Guernsey, North Yorkshire, Staffordshire (twice), but lost to Surrey, Kent and Lancashire. They finished in 7th place overall. All were amazing throughout! A special mention for Polly as she won player of the tournament, and outstanding performance Polly!

Next up in Nottingham, were the U17 girls, again a three day tournament. Dysynni had Tilly Papirnyk and Alanna Fox (Eirias) in goal. They started with a draw against Gloucestershire, beat Berkshire 4.1, lost to Hampshire, but then had wins against Cambridgeshire and Buckinghamshire, the last day saw them lose to Oxfordshire and a final 0.0 draw with Jersey meant they finished in equal 7th place. Well done to both players!

Dysynni players have been active recently representing North Wales at UK tournaments in Nottingham. First up were the U13 girls Lola Richards and Nancy MacCall, playing 7 games over the weekend, the team won 3 games and lost 4, finishing in 9th place overall. Great performances from both these young players.

The club celebrated it's new pitch on Saturday 27th June, with an open event featuring a junior hockey session, with drills and skills, and then a mixed social session where many of the club's past Welsh players returned to play on the Tywyn pitch once more. Thanks for Tywyn Town Council for attending, previous players, and thanks to The Coop for providing much needed bottles of water on such a a hot day! Hoci Cymru also supported providing some fun equipment for the day.

National finals weekend is nearly here!!
Tomorrow our Ladies 2s and Men's teams will be playing in Hoci Cymru 's Challenge Cup finals down in Swansea. The matches will be live on Hoci Cymru's youtube if you can't get down to support 🧡🏆
