BARRE, BUBBLES & BLOOMS 🌸🥂✨

A little look at the loveliest day here within barre & body studio 🤍

We moved, we burned, we sipped nosecco, enjoyed some nibbles and finished the afternoon creating our own beautiful bouquets at the Bloom Bar 💐 .s

This is exactly what I wanted the studio to be about — more than just a workout. A space for women to move their bodies, switch off, meet people, have fun and do something that makes them feel GOOD.

Fitness, friendship & a little bit of self-care🩷🩷

Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a gorgeous afternoon. I absolutely loved hosting this one.
