Yoga with Angela, Ullapool I am also qualified to deliver exercise modification for Ante and Post Natal Fitness (including Yoga).

Angela has been teaching Hatha yoga for over 15 years and offers safe, effective weekly practice online from anywhere or face to face in Ullapool, Scottish Highlands. Suitable for all levels of experience/ability, I aim to pitch each session to promote a happy and healthy balance of activities to improve physical and mental wellbeing, flexibility and core strength. I have been working as a fitness professional since the 1990s and over the past 30 years have delivered a variety of adult fitness classes including outdoor Boot Camp, Beginners/Improvers Yoga, Step, Exercise to Music and Personal Training. I have developed a specialism in Hatha Yoga (Level 3/500hrs+ qualification) having foundation level training in Iyengar style and a personal practice in Kundalini yoga. I have taught Fitness and Yoga sessions in schools, nurseries and pre-schools in and around Howden since qualifying in Level 2 Health Related Fitness and Flexi Kids Yoga for children 12 years ago. I previously ran a successful independent Studio running a regular timetable for students but have now returned to delivering sessions in community settings, at The Oaks Golf Club and Spa and since Lockdown 2020 also offer online classes via Zoom and YouTube channel.

We’ve just dipped our toe into September but there’s already a wee chill in the breeze and we start to think about slowing the pace for Autumn and Winter. To “coorie in” is my favourite practice and quite fittingly will set the tone for my sessions going forward. My classes have evolved over the years and whilst they remain rooted in Yoga, I feel the time has come for me to embrace the softer practices that have always been my teaching style. I invite you to “coorie in” with me in person or online 🙏
