I haven’t fished kingfisher pool for some time now so I decided to battle the rain to see if I could get among a few carp. Well I did just that. I Managed 3 from kingfisher pool 18lb 19lb 4oz and a 20lb 6oz fully. All caught over nice beds of bait fishing wafters over the top. After packing up from kingfisher pool I couldn’t resist a few hours on mallard pool just with the one rod I found a few feeding fish lowered the rig into place with the baiting pole then sat back a waited. About an hour later the rod ripped off with this lovely 15lb orange belly mirror. Fish are still feeding well. Make the most of it over the next few weeks. 🎣🎣
