Part II - first (very rough) sanding - which highlighted a couple of "holidays" (areas missed which will require a second in-fill of glue)

Most of the gluing done on this pointy thing - and quite a lot of glue at that to try and rebuild said points (or "horns") to something like being pointy again, and then just a shed-load of sanding and polishing to do.
