There was a point in my business where I felt like I was doing everything right...
Clients? Check.
Content? Check.
Pretending I wasn’t silently unraveling? Also check.
But here’s the thing—
I wasn’t burnt out because I was working hard.
I was burnt out because I was performing.
Trying to look like the “professional.”
Trying to give value 24/7.
Trying to be the perfect coach, the present mom, the spiritual goddess, the f*cking productivity queen.
And in the process?
I lost myself.
I wasn’t building a business from alignment.
I was building it from proving.
Proving I was worthy.
Proving I was enough.
Proving I wasn’t “too much” or “not enough” or “unqualified” or whatever flavour of self-doubt was trending that day.
And that kind of business?
It might look shiny on the outside—but inside it’ll chew you up.
Burnout isn’t a time problem. It’s an identity problem.
When you build from fear, you burn out.
When you build from who you actually are, you expand.
So if you’re tired and questioning everything… good.
That means the version of you who was performing is finally done.
Now you get to build it your way.
Drop “DONE PERFORMING” in the comments if this one slapped.
