The medical system has a long history of putting women through enormous physical cost rather than reconsidering its assumptions.
The chainsaw is just the most literal example.
Women were excluded from exercise research for decades for the same reason inconvenience. Most of what we call “standard” training is built on data from men.
That’s what I’m here to fix

Giving you the ability to move better with a functional body to improve your life’s performance while educating you on how to have key long term success.
Everyone says ‘train hard at ovulation’ - usually around day 14. But how do you know that’s when YOU actually ovulate?
You’re not broken. The advice assumes everyone has a perfect 28-day cycle. Ovulation can happen day 10, day 16, day 20 - and if you don’t track it, you’re guessing.
What if you could train intelligently without obsessing over perfect timing - using real-time feedback instead of a calendar that might not match your body?
That’s what I teach women who want to work WITH their cycle, not stress about hitting arbitrary windows.
You’ve heard ‘eat more in your luteal phase’ so many times. So why does it always end in either binging or guilt?
You’re not broken. The advice is incomplete. Nobody tells you HOW MUCH more, so ‘eat more’ becomes permission to eat without structure.
What if you could support your body’s actual metabolic needs without the confusion, adding 150-250 calories strategically instead of winging it?
That’s what I teach women who are done with the all-or-nothing approach to nutrition and ready for something that actually works
You’ve been told your luteal phase means you should do yoga and rest. So why do some days in that phase feel totally fine?
You’re not broken. The rigid cycle-syncing rules ignore the most important variable: how YOU actually feel.
What if you could train with confidence in any phase - adjusting based on real feedback from your body, not what a chart says you’re supposed to feel?
That’s what I teach women who want to stop second-guessing their training and start building real strength
Headline: Why is no one talking about the 80%?
I started noticing a trend in my coaching practice. More and more women coming to me, desperate to get strong, but hindered by autoimmune conditions.
So I looked at the data.
Around 80% of all autoimmune patients are women.
This isn’t a coincidence; it’s biology. The female immune system is more robust (thanks to the XX chromosome), but that same strength makes it more prone to attacking itself.
But here is the real problem: The funding does not match the crisis.
If this were a male dominated statistic, the policies would look very different. Instead, millions of women are left navigating fatigue, pain, and inflammation with very little roadmap for their future or their children’s future.
I help my clients navigate this through specific training protocols getting them strong with their physiology, not against it. But we need more than just good coaching.
We need answers.
We need to demand better research.
