Sorry Iโve been quiet recently
Iโve been struggling recently with motivation .๐คฏ๐ฅบ๐ฉ
Iโve let myself go a little over the last year ๐ก๐
Iโve been given a kick up the
derriรจre and this morning it starts ....
Done my own solo spin and abs work out ๐ช๐ป
30 intervals ... 30 seconds
10 sets of 3
one flat ride
One steep incline
And one sprint
Iโve set myself a plan to burn the excess French pastries ๐ฅ
And christmas calories Iโve gained .
There will be a before France a after France and a after the big kick photo to follow in a few weeks ๐ช๐ป๐ค๐ป
Ladies and gentlemen....
Iโm sure Iโm not the only one that feels their fitness has slipped over the winter/Christmas period .
I know mine has ๐๐๐ฌ
This morning I got my weights out then
Ran my way around the park to the play area
Did some HIIT with a skipping rope and resistance bands
Itโs helped mentally more than physically
But I think it may be the kickstart I needed ๐๐ป๐ค

Just done my car park work out
5 mins skipping with rope (warm up )
Shuttle sprints x9 30 seconds on 10 off ๐ต๐คฎ
Yes Iโm a PT but it still nearly killed me ๐ฅด๐คฃ
Then a pyramid set of back cable rows 2x15 with blue and red then 1x10 with the blue,red,black
Same with chest fly
Tricep extension
And bicep curls
Then onto the yacht for an ab finisher ๐ฅด๐คค
Sir and reach 2x12
Ankle taps 2x12
Leg raise 2x12
Boom ๐ฅ finished
When the gyms are closed itโs a perfect time to be creative
With your work out as long as your panting like a dog ๐ถ
Sweating like your in a heatwave ๐ฅต
Bouncing off the music like youโre in a club ๐
Then in my eyes youโre doing something right !
I miss training constantly!
I miss taking my classes !
I miss the social aspect
But Iโm sure one day it will happen again ๐ค๐ป๐๐ป๐ช๐ป
Not been posting much here as lifeโs been a little crazy , in a good way used my new resistance bands for the first time for a little chest /back

10 laps of 23 car park spaces
Followed by 3x10 burpees
4x30 second skipping (with rope ) not like little red riding hood ๐คฃ๐๐
Then onto the yacht ๐ฅ HIIT 30 on
10 off
Sit up
Russian twist
Leg raise crunch
Upper body
Press up
Tricep dip
Shoulder press
Alternate 4 rounds 2 each ๐คค
23 minutes of shuttle sprints gradually further across a car park with ....
pyramid burpees after each sprint 2,4,6,8 โI donโt really appreciate โ ๐คฃ๐
then a few sets of 20/30 second skipping with a rope like
a feather weight boxer ๐ฅ flying like a butterfly ๐ฆ stinging like a ๐ bee then finishing with 3 ab exercise 3 times round
sit n reach
Russian twist
Bicycle crunches
And when I hit the wall and canโt go further flip and finish with push ups 30 / 35 minโish
Hell! ๐ ๐ฅ it burns but boom I feel good after ๐
