I finished another 6 week mindfulness course for Queens and I am so grateful to be promoting the benefits of mindfulness for the staff especially as we approach Christmas.
I find that more and more people are looking for healthy ways to self- regulate their emotions and that they find the skills and tools mindfulness offers are invaluable.

I am delighted to be part of the Healthy Minds Programme between the Inspire charity and the O Donovan Rossa GAC senior football team addressing the mental wellbeing of players. As a stress management consultant, I will be delivering sleep workshops and mindfulness training to help the players be in a good headspace on and off the pitch.👌

I had a lovely morning of mindfulness with the staff of IQ-EQ
Dipping into the well and never replenishing our energy supplies leaves us exhausted.
Mindful awareness helps us to recognize when we are on overload and gives us the tools to step away from the busy mind and just drop into the present moment - one breath at a time.
