Join me in Meanwood at HOLY TRINITY COMMUNITY HALL for Monday morning Hatha Yoga. Strengthen, Renew and Restore in a supported atmosphere where you’re encouraged to listen to your body’s needs whilst being offered layers of different postures that calm and soothe the nervous system. Why are lunges so great?
They help us maintain optimal breathing diaphragm movement (allowing easy breath and therefore calms the emotions).
They protect us from sciatica and can help ease it too.
They help to keep the body in postural alignment.
They promote balance and strength. Amongst lots more.
Start or finish the day with a simple lunge or add a twist . Your whole body will thank you for it.
