When we are finding it difficult to keep a good training schedule, its easy to lose motivation as we want to see some visible results for all the effort we have put in.
But it's changing our mindset that will help us to maintain good habits and think of the longer term results
Fitness results are like having an empty glass but wanting to fill it immediately!
The 'fitness' tap won't let you turn it fully, the only way to get a decent drink means having to wait!
Every drip would appear insignificant but if left long enough the cup will eventually be full! If we wait!
In a world where most things can be instant and easy.. fitness and strength have to be worked at, over a long time.
Don't worry if you haven't got where you wanted yet.. every workout counts and eventually with consistency it will pay off.
We usually quit just before we start to get to that point..the sweet spot where progression and results start to form
We give up when it gets difficult & when we expect to have seen those quick results!
Keep going! Keep showing up! One workout at a time!🏋♀️🏋♂️
